Abstract

The invention relates to plant pinene fuel oil in the fuel fabrication field. The plant pinene fuel oil is prepared by mixing 65-75% of pinene-containing oil, 26-34% of dipentene and 2-3% of auxiliary, wherein the pinene-containing oil is originated from a byproduct in production of rosin, turpentine and pinene: a longipinene material. The plant pinene fuel oil is prepared by the following steps: 1) dehydration: adding 0.3% of monoethanolamine into the longipinene material; 2) neutralization: adding monoethanolamine to adjust the pH value to 7.0; and 3) filtration: removing filter residues. Dipentene is originated from a byproduct in production of terpilenol by hydratation of turpentine, and a combustion improver is normal butanol. Dipentene and normal butanol are added to reduce the density, viscosity and flash point of the fuel oil, so that the fuel oil is easy to ignite. According to the fuel oil, the problem of treating the plenty of byproduct longipinene material after pinene is extracted from turpentine is solved, so that the longipinene material becomes an environment-friendly clean energy product with a high heat value, the environmental pollution caused by the fuel oil in the combustion process is overcome, and the plant pinene fuel oil is an existing energy-saving and emission-reducing renewable plant fuel.
