Problems solved by technology

The traditional gate sensor recognition system generally relies on infrared sensors as data acquisition equipment. The recognition technology is simple and only relies on the occlusion of one or several sensors for recognition and judgment, resulting in high cost and low recognition rate. At the same time, the alarm information generated by the gate sensor recognition system cannot be correspondingly recorded in the video surveillance, only the instantaneous sound alarm signal when the event occurs, which makes it difficult for all parties to coordinate control, evidence collection, and playback in the post-processing emergency event

Embodiment 1

[0039] Such as figure 1 , a monitoring method based on image processing for detecting pedestrians jumping over a gate, comprising steps in the following order:

[0040] S1. Obtain the video frame at the gate through the security camera;

[0041] S2. Using a matching method to preprocess the video frame to obtain the matching rate of the gate image;

[0042] The matching method is template matching, which is a method for finding a specific target image block in the source image. It matches the actual source image block with the target image by sliding the target image block on the input source image. The matching rate between the source image and the target image will be obtained at one time. When the source image block is more similar to the target image, the matching rate is higher;

[0043] The template matching is specifically matching the relative value of the template to its mean value and the relative value of the image to its mean value:

Embodiment 2

[0058] Except that the following content is different from Example 1, all the other are the same as Example 1:

[0059] In step S2, the matching method is a normalized correlation matching method, and the normalized coefficients are as follows:

[0060]

[0061] R cor_norm (x,y)=R ccorr / Z(x,y),

[0062] In the formula, S(x, y) is the gray value of the source image at point (x, y); T(x, y) is the gray value of the template image at point (x, y); x', y' is the increment on the image; R ccorr Indicates the matching rate between the template and the source image when the template T slides to the point (x, y) of the source image S;

[0063] At this point, the matching rate R of a frame of gate image is obtained cor_norm .

Abstract

The invention discloses a monitoring method based on picture processing for detecting a behavior of a pedestrian climbing over a turnstile. The monitoring method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video frame at the opening of the turnstile; pre-treating the video frame through a matching method to obtain a matching rate of a turnstile gate image; extracting the sequential matching rate for a period as a classification feature to obtain matching rate sequence as an eigenvector X; judging whether an incident of the pedestrian climbing over the turnstile takes place or not through classification and discrimination function of Bayesian classification; giving an alarm to staff and recording the time that the incident takes place and saving the video frame when the pedestrian climbs over the turnstile if the incident takes place; repeating the first step if the incident does not take place. The monitoring method provided by the invention can detect the behavior of climbing over the turnstile at the opening of the turnstile accurately; besides, the hardware is realized easily, the algorithm is provided with a real-time performance, and the calculated amount is small; furthermore, alarming is performed while a corresponding record is preserved at a video monitoring end, so that all parties can work cooperatively, obtain evidence and playback a video when treating an emergency in a later period conveniently.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the monitoring field, in particular to a monitoring method for detecting pedestrians jumping over a gate based on image processing. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of domestic modernization, gates are widely used in the entrance passages of various charging and access control occasions. However, in the field of rail transit (such as subways and BRT buses), due to the large flow of people, emergencies such as overturning gates may occur at any time. However, the accumulation of domestic technology is relatively weak. The existing gates only detect ticket checking behavior, and there is little monitoring of abnormal behavior at the gate. [0003] At present, the detection of abnormal behavior at a small number of gates is to use the internal sensor system to identify pedestrian behavior. The traditional gate sensor recognition system generally relies on infrared sensors as data acquisition equipment. Th...
