The logic circuit generates a first control signal and a second control signal according to the comparison signal of the comparator. The switch unit alternately switches one of the first internal ramp signal and the second internal ramp signal to the second input end of the comparator according to the first control signal and the second control signal. When the second internal ramp signal is switched to the comparator, the ramp generating unit charges the first internal ramp signal to the first voltage level.
