Embodiment Construction

[0039] Step 1: Prepare data for experiment

[0040] Establish the whiteness data of the original powder of four reference standard samples of pearl powder P-1 and P-2, shell powder S-3 and S-4. At the same time, take the above-mentioned four different reference standard samples of 20-50 grams, after 250°C, 300°C, 350°C, 400°C, 450°C, 500°C, 600°C, 650°C, 700°C, 750°C ℃, 800 ℃ roasting for 2 hours and natural cooling, measure the whiteness data of the powder, and draw the corresponding curves of the relationship between the roasting temperature and the whiteness of the powder, that is, pearl powder L-1 and L-2 and shell powder L -3 and L-4;

[0041] The roasting equipment in the above step 1 adopts a laboratory muffle furnace, and the whiteness tester of the raw powder and the roasted powder adopts a whiteness detector.

[0042] Step 2: Powder infrared spectrum test

[0043] Take the original powder of the sample to be tested and detect it with a Fourier transform infrared s...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for identifying a pearl powder of cultured freshwater hyriopsis cumingii and a shell grinded powder thereof. The identification method employs the out-of-plane bending variation upsilon2 characteristic adsorption peak position of CO3<2-> ion of biogenic aragonite calcium carbonate and the difference of organic content of pearl and shell of hyriopsis cumingii as basis, and utilizes Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrograph and a whiteness measurement combined technology for a powder obtained by a powder sample is subjected to roasting heat treatment, so as to realize distinguishing and identification on the two powders. The identification method is practicable and simple to operate, is capable of providing laboratory detection basis for identification of true and false pearl powders, and has relatively important practical significance on promoting sustainable healthy development of pearl powder processing industry economy and standardizing benign competition of pearl powder industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for distinguishing pearls cultivated by freshwater S. sinensis and their ground shell powder (respectively referred to as: pearl powder and shell powder hereinafter). Background technique [0002] Pearl powder refers to the powder obtained by mechanically grinding washed and dried pearls. The raw material for grinding pearl powder is freshwater seedless cultured pearls. Shell powder refers to the powder obtained by mechanical grinding after removing the cuticle (chemical composition is organic matter) on the surface of the shell with lye. After the cuticle is removed, the structure and form of the shell include nacre and prism layer. Pearl powder is a kind of precious Chinese herbal medicine, which has good beauty, health care and medicinal value. my country's freshwater cultured pearl industry covers Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui, Hunan and other places, and has become the world's largest pearl producer. Among them, the fre...
