Abstract

The invention discloses a porous grading Si-C-N hybrid material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of new materials. The method comprises the steps of preparing hybrid material precursor powder from commercial polysilazane as a precursor and self-prepared crosslinked polydivinylbenzene microspheres as a pore forming agent; and preparing the macroporous-microporous Si-C-N hybrid material with large specific surface area at low sintering temperature and with an appropriate quantity of pore forming agent. The research on the adsorption behavior of the porous grading Si-C-N hybrid material to different organic dyestuffs shows that the porous grading Si-C-N hybrid material selectively adsorbs different organic dyestuffs in water. The hybrid material has the characteristics of low mass transfer resistance, large specific surface area and cheap and easily-available raw materials and is high in adsorption efficiency and easy to recycle; and after adsorption, the material can be subjected to simple pyrolysis to remove adsorbed dyes, and thus no secondary pollution is caused.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of new materials, in particular to a hierarchical porous Si-C-N hybrid material and a preparation method thereof. [0002] technical background [0003] A large number of dyes produced by the rapid development of papermaking, food, plastics, textiles and cosmetics have caused a huge threat to the environment, and the resulting environmental problems have attracted increasing attention from all walks of life. Most of these dyes have the characteristics of high chroma, refractory degradation and carcinogenicity, and the discharge of sewage containing these dyes will have a great impact on the environment, animals, plants and human health. At present, the methods used for dye treatment mainly include adsorption, chemical flocculation, biological treatment and photocatalytic degradation, etc. Among them, adsorption treatment has been widely used because of its simple operation and design. At present, the adsorbents used t...
