The extraction and hydrocarbon analysis method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) closely smashing an unconventional rock core until the particle size is in a nanoscale to obtain nanoscale samples; (2) obtaining a nanoscale rock adsorption gas sample by adopting a nanoscale rock adsorption gas extracting device and an operating method; (3) acquiring hydrocarbon analysis data of nanoscale rock adsorption gas by adopting a packed column gas chromatography detection method; (4) acquiring a nanoscale rock adsorption gas hydrocarbon component carbon isotope analysis result by using a hydrocarbon component carbon isotope detection method; (5) carrying out quantitative calculation by adopting an external standard method for acquiring analysis results of hydrocarbon components and the total hydrocarbon quantity; and (6) calculating to obtain analysis evaluation parameters of the rock nanoscale adsorption gas.
