The control system comprises an infrared sensor, a CCD camera, a monitoring host and a wireless communication interface, wherein the monitoring host is connected with the infrared sensor, the CCD camera and the wireless communication interface respectively; the monitoring host is provided with a remote control mode and an automatic control mode, and is used for determining whether to switch to the remote control mode on the basis of the detection result of the infrared sensor and the CCD camera; when in the remote control mode, the monitoring host realizes control of the inspection robot according to the remote control information received by the wireless communication interface.
