Abstract

The invention provides an asynchronous motor DTC (direct torque control) device comprising a high-pressure asynchronous motor and a high-pressure matrix converter. The high-pressure matrix converter comprises a phase-shift type isolation transformer, a matrix transformation cell array and a main controller. The phase-shift type isolation transformer comprises 3n three-phase secondary windings. The matrix transformation cell array, composed of 3n matrix transformation power cells, is in a 3 lines * 4 rows form. The matrix transformation power cells employ Z source-matrix transformation power cells. The invention further provides a DTC method includes acquiring rotating vectors u<s alpha>, u<s beta>, i<s alpha> and i<s beta>; acquiring stator flux linkages psi<s alpha> and psi<s beta> and an electromagnetic torque Te; acquiring voltage state signals SAN, SAN and SCN and corresponding stator voltage vector; finally controlling the rotating speed of a motor. The asynchronous DTC device and method has the advantages of high reliability of voltage transfer ratio and inversion, safety and stability in operating, low cost, small size, long service life and bilateral controllability of output.
