The energy-saving device comprises an engine air intake connection pipe (1), a power distribution unit (2), an outer casing (3), an ozone generation cooler (4), an air distribution plate (5), an inner insulation cylinder (6), a cooling regulation fan (7), a rain hat (8), an ozone generation sheet (9), an outer insulation cylinder (10) and a cyclone air intake cylinder (11). Air is divided into two paths after entering the cyclone air intake cylinder (11), one path of air flows to the engine air intake connection pipe (1) from the inner insulation cylinder (6) after passing through the ozone generation sheet (9), and the other path of air flows through the ozone generation cooler (4), the air distribution plate (5), the cooling regulation fan (7) and the rain hat (8) in sequence to take away heat generated by the ozone generation sheet.
