Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation method of tissue culture seedlings of tillandsias. The method comprises the following steps that: (1) hardening-seedling, wherein tissue culture seedlings, with the height of 1.5-2cm, which are subjected to tissue culture by means of seed sowing and tissue culture are selected and subjected to hardening-seedling, and after 3-4 days, the tissue culture seedlings are out of bottles and transplanted; (2) transplantation, wherein culture mediums of the tissue culture seedlings which are out of the bottles in the step (1) are washed off and the tissue culture seedlings are transplanted; (3) maintenance management, wherein the tissue culture seedlings which are transplanted in the step (2) are revived for one month and subjected to maintenance management. The cultivation method of the tillandsias tissue culture seedlings has the advantages of high survival rate, high growth speed, vigorous growth and the like.
