The novel constant-pressure grouting device comprises a grout storage tank, wherein a stirring device is arranged in the grout storage tank; a grouting pipeline and a grout discharge pipeline communicated with the grout storage tank are arranged on the bottom of the grout storage tank, and a compressed air pipeline communicated with the grout storage tank is arranged on the top part of the grout storage tank; an automatic pressure switch is arranged on the compressed air pipeline; a liquid level displayer and a grout inlet pipeline both communicated with the grout storage tank are arranged on the side faces of the liquid storage tank. Grout is located at the lower part inside the grout storage tank, and air is located at the upper part; air pressure is provided by an air compressor, the air pressure is changed into a grout pressure, the value of the air pressure is as same as that of the grout pressure, and dynamic adjustment of the grouting pressure can be realized through adjusting the pressure of the air compressor.
