The reversing valve also can be a hand-operated reversing valve; the oil suction opening of the duplex pump is connected with the hydraulic oil tank, and the oil outlets of the small duplex pump and the large duplex pump are communicated with the cycloidal gear motor by use of the hand-operated reversing valve.
