By preparing the high chlorinated metallocene polypropylene mainly from the metallocene polypropylene, the technique successfully solves the chlorination uniformity problem and high temperature gel phenomenon in the CPP (chlorinated polypropylene) synthesis by heterogeneous reaction, enhances the chlorination uniformity of the chlorinated metallocene polypropylene and the solubility of the chlorinated metallocene polypropylene in organic solvents, and avoids the problem of the environmental pollution.
