An addition amount of the liquid is determined by weighing mass loss before and after the liquid is added in the stainless steel tube; an additional amount of the diluent gas is determined by weighing the mass of the target gas bottle before and after the diluent gas is added, and thus a molar fraction of the mixed gas can be obtained.
