Abstract

The invention relates to a micro sensor applied to detection of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in soil, belonging to the technical field of detection sensors. The sensor is characterized in that an encapsulation protection layer, a liquid flow channel layer, a support layer and a printed circuit board layer are sequentially superposed, wherein a photoelectric sensor is encapsulated in the encapsulation protection layer; a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole are respectively formed in two sides of the encapsulation protection layer; a fluid flow channel is processed in the liquid flow channel layer and is respectively connected with the liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole; an on-chip light source is encapsulated in the support layer; an operational amplifier, a microprocessor and a liquid crystal display screen are distributed on the printed circuit board layer. According to the sensor, micro chips are adopted by the light source and the photoelectric sensor; just dozens of microliters of to-be-detected liquid is required; a nutrient detector used in the traditional agriculture is shrunk to be 1 / 1000 of the original volume, so that convenience for detection of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is greatly improved; the manufacture cost of the device is greatly reduced; the micro sensor can be applied to large-scale batch production and has the advantages of being high in repeatability and high in stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a miniaturized soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium detection sensor, which belongs to the technical field of detection sensors. Background technique [0002] Nowadays, with the development of economy, society and information industry, agricultural informatization has been gradually popularized. Accurate, rapid and real-time collection of soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium information is a necessary condition to ensure agricultural development. Among them, the highly stable nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium sensor is the core component to ensure accurate collection of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium information. [0003] In traditional agriculture, NPK testing is usually done manually. First, the soil samples are sampled and pretreated, and then analyzed with large-scale equipment, which poses a serious challenge to the convenience of soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium detection. [0004] Traditional nitroge...
