Abstract

The invention provides an anti-external-magnetic-field-interference multi-PCB opening Rogowski coil design method and implementation. A multi-PCB opening Rogowski coil is formed by the series connection of a first coil and a second coil on multiple PCBs, and the first coil and the second coil have different winding directions. The multi-PCB opening Rogowski coil comprises a plurality of same composition units in series connection, the centers of the composition units are uniformly distributed on a line of magnetic force of a magnetic field generated by current to be measured. Each of the composition units comprises one turn of the first coil and one turn of the second coil, and the two turns are adjacent to each other. Each of the turn comprises an inlet wire, an outlet wire and a winding, and two outlet wires of a last component unit are connected directly. The windings are formed by encircling wiring of different layers and through holes among different layers, the surfaces of the windings are perpendicular to the surfaces of PCBs, and the wiring paths of the windings are superposed in a direction which is perpendicular to the surfaces of the PCBs. A magnetic force line normal line direction which goes through a winding cross section center and a winding cross section direction are the same direction approximately, and a tangent direction is approximately perpendicular to a winding cross section.
