Abstract

The invention discloses a forming and shunting mold for a hollow guide rail for a mine. The mold comprises an upper mold and a lower mold capable of being fixedly connected with the upper mold, wherein a shunting hole is formed in the upper mold and comprises a first shunting part and a second shunting part, the first shunting part directly faces middle parts of vertical ribs and a hollow position of a bottom edge wall, the second shunting part directly faces ends of the vertical ribs, and a metal flow-guiding groove expanding outwards in a direction close to the middle parts of the vertical ribs and the hollow position of the bottom edge wall is formed in the first shunting part. In the forming and shunting mold for the hollow guide rail, the metal flow-guiding groove expanding outwards in a direction away from the shunting hole is formed in the first shunting part, the flow area of a whole metal flow-guiding cavity in the position of the first shunting part is enlarged, metal flow velocities in positions of the middle parts of the vertical ribs and the hollow position of the bottom edge wall are decreased, the metal flow velocity difference during extrusion is further decreased, and the forming quality of the hollow guide rail is improved.
