Embodiment 1

Abstract

The invention discloses a chlorine-resistant composition, a PE (polyethylene) water supply pipe prepared from the chlorine-resistant composition and a preparation method of the PE water supply pipe. The chlorine-resistant composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of A and 20-40% of B, wherein the structural formula of A and the structural formula of B are shown in the specification. The PE water supply pipe consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high-density polyethylene, 2-3 parts of carbon black, 0.2-0.5 part of an antioxidant and 0.2-0.6 part of the chlorine-resistant composition. The preparation method of the PE water supply pipe comprises the following steps: stirring at a high speed to mix the high-density polyethylene, the carbon black, the antioxidant and the chlorine-resistant composition in a mixer, and extruding and granulating by using a two-screw extruder; and then delivering a granular mixed material to a single-screw extruder to perform extrusion, and forming in a mold. The PE water supply pipe provided by the invention has very good aging resistance and chlorine resistance, so as to be helpful for prolonging the service life of a PE pipe which is continuously in contact with chlorine-containing tap water.
