Abstract

The invention discloses a friction plate of an automobile chassis and machining process thereof comprising a body and a machining process. The body is a rectangular structure with a friction structure on each of the upper and lower ends, i.e., an upper friction structure and a lower friction structure. A fixed catch is arranged on an outer ring of the body. Two notches are formed on the right end of the body, i.e., an upper notch and a lower notch. Each of the upper and lower sides of the body is provided with a connecting plate, i.e., an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate. The machining process comprises: adding inorganic filler such as silicon dioxide and talc powder in the body forming process, adding some rubber and separating out on the surface of the product which can increase the surface friction and improve the surface abrasive resistance. The friction plate of the invention has superior abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance.
