Each fixing piece is located between every two adjacent clamping pieces and the inner wall radian of the fixing pieces is the same as the inner wall radian of the clamping pieces. The arc-shaped cutters are arranged on the fixing pieces and all the arc-shaped cutters are located between every two adjacent clamping pieces when the clamping pieces are in a clamping state. The cutting device comprises a fixing rod, a rotating shaft and a rotating cutting knife. One end of the fixing rod is fixed to the base, and the other end of the fixing rod is connected with the rotating shaft and located above the clamping pieces of the clamping device. A cutting edge of the rotating cutting knife faces downwards and is connected with the rotating shaft. The axis of the rotating shaft is collinear with the axial line of one set of clamping pieces.
