Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems such as complex contact circuit, easy signal interference, and many thermoelectric potentials, the present invention provides a low thermal potential scanning switch terminal connection mechanism based on a flexible circuit board, which uses an FPC flexible circuit board to reduce parasitic potentials and thermoelectric potentials. Effectively reduce the thermal potential generated inside the scan switch, effectively improve the detection accuracy of the scan switch; and avoid the contact potential introduced by the secondary welding of pins due to unnecessary solder joints and wiring

Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0022] Such as figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, the present invention mainly includes the relay to be controlled in the scan switch, the PCB circuit board 4 , the FPC flexible circuit board 3 , the rear panel 6 and the low thermal potential terminal post 5 . Such as image 3 As shown, a PCB circuit board 4 and a rear panel 6 are respectively installed on both sides of the wave-shaped FPC flexible circuit board 3, and an FPC flexible circuit board 3 is installed between the PCB circuit board 4 and the rear panel 6, and the PCB circuit board 4 is installed with a relay 1, and the two signal pins 8 of the relay 1 are connected to the FPC flexible circuit board 3 through the through slot 7 of the corresponding PCB control circuit board 4, so that the signal pins can pass through it. Solder joint 2 is produced by direct welding between ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a low-thermoelectrical-potential scanning switch terminal connection mechanism based on a flexible printed circuit board. The two side faces of the FPC board are bent and provided with a PCB and a rear panel respectively, and relays are installed on the PCB. Two signal pins of each relay penetrate through corresponding through grooves of the PCB and are welded to the FPC board, other pins, except the two signal pins, of each relay are directly welded to the PCB, the rear panel is provided with binding posts corresponding to the relays, and internal umbrella-shaped wiring ends of the binding posts penetrate through the rear panel and are connected with the FPC. By means of the FPC board, electric connection of the low-thermoelectrical-potential binding posts of the rear panel and the relays on the PCB is achieved. Circuits are simplified, interference between signals is reduced, and part of thermoelectrical potential generated due to welding between the PCB and the relays is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a scanning switch terminal connection mechanism, in particular to a low thermal potential scanning switch terminal connection mechanism based on a flexible circuit board, which reduces the thermal potential of the scanning switch based on the electrical connection of the FPC flexible circuit board. Background technique [0002] The use of scanning switches in the field of testing and measurement has attracted more and more attention. It is mainly used in the conversion of standard thermocouples and standard resistances, working thermocouples and thermal resistances, and small DC signals. Obviously, the thermoelectric potential generated inside the scan switch will affect the detection accuracy. The magnetic latching relay in the scanning switch that appears on the market is completely welded directly with the control PCB circuit board, and then the electrical connection is realized by soldering the flat wire and the terminal po...
