The invention provides a vehicle-mounted type electromagnetic radiation on-line monitoring system which comprises an electromagnetic radiation monitor (comprising a monitor main machine and a probe), a data acquisition and transmission device and a lift control device; the probe is used for detecting an electromagnetic wave signal of a detection space environment and sends the signal to the monitor main machine; the main machine is used for receiving the electromagnetic wave signal and processing the electromagnetic wave signal to obtain electromagnetic radiation data; the data acquisition and transmission device is in fiber connection with the monitor main machine and used for receiving the electromagnetic radiation data and sending the electromagnetic radiation data to a monitoring center; the lift control device is used for monitoring rising and falling of the monitor so that the probe can be far away from a monitoring vehicle top metal body and lowers the probe when monitoring is not performed and normal driving of a monitoring vehicle is facilitated.
