The acquisition comprises the following steps: (1) determining existence of EH oil microorganisms, and separating; (2) extracting an expression DNA molecule of the EH oil microorganisms; (3) taking massive living microorganism parent strains in a wastewater treatment system as a carrier; (4) planting the expression DNA into the parent strains to obtain new microorganism DNW; and (5) domesticating the DNW and carrying out a certain biological enrichment culture to obtain applicable microorganism bacteria. The application comprises (1) addition of DNWN in the anaerobic phase when A / O is used for treating EH oil-containing wastewater; (2) addition of 300g of DNWN of microorganism bacteria when the dosage is 10m<3> / h for output; and (3) stable work of DNWN after 4 hours.
