Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medical treatment electronic technologies, and particularly relates to an electrode implanting evaluation device and system for an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). The electrode implanting evaluation device and system are particularly used for performing defibrillation efficiency quantitative evaluation and individualization planting optimization on ICD electrodes. The system is composed of an electrophysiology measuring device, an image division and reconstruction platform, an interaction electrode loading platform and a defibrillation efficiency evaluation platform, in combination with a nuclear magnetic resonance (MR) instrument (or a CT instrument) and an X ray machine. The electrophysiology measuring device is used for detecting the thoracic impedance and electrocardio information of a patient, the MR instrument (or the CT instrument) and the X ray machine are used for collecting a heart-thoracic cavity image and an image of the implanted ICD electrodes of the patient respectively, and in combination with processing and analyzing of the image division and reconstruction platform, the interaction electrode loading platform and the defibrillation efficiency evaluation platform, the optimal pre-operation ICD electrode configuration scheme and the optimal intra-operation implanting positions are determined. The electrode implanting evaluation device and system are beneficial to performing optimal designing on ICD electrode implantation of the individual patient by a doctor, and improving the defibrillation therapy effect of the ICD.
