The method includes the steps: acquiring an MAC (media access control) address of the wifi module; transmitting a corresponding communication command to the wifi module for establishing connection according to a selected communication mode, and further performing communication by a communication protocol of a self-defined data packet. A system comprises an address acquisition unit and a communication unit. The wifi module is controlled to establish TCP (transmission control protocol) by the aid of two SOCKET interfaces in a full-duplex UART (universal asynchronous receiver transmitter) mode, the communication protocol of the self-defined data packet is used for performing wireless communication, so that heat pump products can be remotely and reliably controlled, the limitation of a wired internet is avoided, and mobility and flexibility are effectively improved. By the wireless control communication method, multiple devices can be simultaneously used, expansibility is effectively improved, rapid positioning can be realized when a fault is generated, maintenance efficiency is greatly improved, cost is effectively reduced, and the wireless control communication method can be widely applied to the heat pump products.
