Abstract

The silicon rubber injection molding method comprises the following steps of providing a container; fully mixing a component A and a component B according to the ratio of 1:1 so as to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the component A is a platinum catalyst and an organic silicon polymer containing a vinyl functional group, and the component B is a hydrogen contained polysiloxane crosslinking agent; injecting the mixed solution for plasticizing so as to obtain a silicon rubber injection solution; injecting the silicon rubber injection solution into a thermal mold, and carrying out injection molding on at least one partial surface of the container, and carrying out a curing reaction at the mold temperature of 130-200 DEG C; opening a mold, and taking out a product with a container at least partial surface of which is coated with silicon rubber. The obtained silicon rubber and the product are superior in bonding performance; the silicon rubber can be directly bonded to the outer surface of the container, and any part of the outer surface of the container can be processed as required.
