Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention will be further explained below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0014] like figure 1 , 2 As shown, a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor slab with impact sound insulation function includes two layers of concrete slab poured up and down in layers, and the lower concrete slab is a general reinforced concrete structure with a thickness of 120cm. The thickness of the upper concrete slab is 4~5cm, in which several spherical hollow bodies with different diameters are randomly distributed. The total volume of the spherical hollow bodies accounts for 30~50% of the volume of the upper concrete slab. The spherical hollow bodies are filled with polymer sound-absorbing materials. In order to ensure good sound insulation for the floor slab of the structure, gaps are left between the spherical hollow body and the reinforced concrete skeleton of the lower concrete slab.

Abstract

The invention provides a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor with a crashing sound absorption function. The cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor is divided into two layers of concrete plates which are poured up and down by layers; the upper-layer concrete plate mainly has the sound absorption function and the lower-layer concrete plate mainly has a bearing function. A plurality of spherical hollow bodies with different sizes are mixed into upper-layer concrete and the spherical hollow bodies are filled with polymer sound absorption materials. The spherical hollow bodies filled with the polymer sound absorption materials are used for replacing thick and big aggregates in a traditional hollow steel bar concrete floor; when the surface layer of the floor meets a collision force, the upper-layer concrete plate containing the spherical hollow bodies can absorb most collision force and the collision energy is reduced, the vibration generated by a plate body is reduced, so that the sound absorption performance of the floor to the collision sounds is improved. After sound waves generated by collision meet the spherical hollow bodies filled with the sound absorption materials, the spherical bodies can absorb and effectively eliminate almost sound waves, so that the concrete floor has a good sound absorption effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a reinforced concrete floor slab with the function of isolating impact sound. Background technique [0002] At present, the floor slabs in buildings are mostly reinforced concrete floor slabs, which are solid structures made of concrete and steel bars. This kind of floor slab is strong, durable, high in rigidity, high in strength, and good in fire resistance, and is currently widely used. According to the construction method, it can be divided into two categories: cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab and fabricated reinforced concrete floor slab. The construction process of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs includes steps such as setting out wires, forming and erecting formwork, making and binding steel bars, pouring concrete, and removing formwork. The cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor is a solid structure, and the noise generated by the impact force acting on it is unavoidable. Contents of the inventio...
