The invention discloses a temperature field real-time monitoring device of an air-cooling condenser. The temperature field real-time monitoring device comprises an acquiring device, a controller and a display device, wherein the acquiring device is used for acquiring temperature of heat exchange tube walls at the air outlet positions of tube bundles, the controller is connected with a signal output port of the acquiring device and acquires in-tube steam temperature of the corresponding tube bundles according to temperature signals of the wall surface of an air outlet and the steam temperature in the tubes is displayed on an interface of the display device; the display device displays the steam temperature in tubes of the tube bundles on the interface. Compared with the prior art for acquiring temperature of condensed water at an outlet of a lower connecting box, the temperature field real-time monitoring device directly acquires temperature of the air outlet walls of various tube bundles of the air-cooling condenser, judgment accuracy of the temperature in the tube bundles is greatly improved, and temperature blind zone is reduced. In addition, temperature in the various tube bundles of the air-cooling condenser, even in the flat tubes, can be monitored, operators are facilitated to know operation conditions of the tube bundles or flat tubes well, local supercooling of the air-cooling condenser is avoided, operation reliability in the air-cooling condenser is improved and generation efficiency of a power plant is improved.
