Abstract

The system comprises an ultrasonic wave sensor, a power amplification circuit, an ultrasonic wave transducer, an analog-digital conversion unit and a micro-controller module which are sequentially connected, wherein the micro-controller module is further connected with a button input unit and a display unit; the ultrasonic wave sensor comprises an ultrasonic wave transmitting circuit and an ultrasonic wave receiving circuit; the ultrasonic wave transmitting circuit comprises an oscillator, a constant current transmitting path, a first command transmitting circuit and an ultrasonic wave transmitting probe which are sequentially connected; the ultrasonic wave receiving circuit comprises an ultrasonic wave receiving head, an amplification circuit, a shaping circuit and a second command transmitting circuit which are sequentially connected. The system disclosed by the invention is relatively strong in anti-interference performance, and can accurately acquire related detection data and analyze and operate the data through a microprocessor to obtain the suspension particle concentration. A digital frequency synthesis technique is directly introduced to the ultrasonic wave transmitting circuit, so that the measuring stability and the measuring precision are greatly improved.
