Problems solved by technology

However, there is no quantitative way to determine the performance of the stability and balance of the synchronous system of the hydraulic floating ship lift system. Based on theoretical analysis, a method for judging the lateral overturning stability of the synchronous system of the hydraulic floating ship lift system can be further developed. Improve the reliability and feasibility of the anti-tilting treatment scheme of the ship lift, and promote the development of the hydraulic ship lift

Abstract

The invention relates to a synchronizing system of a hydraulic floating type ship lift and a discrimination method for lateral overturning stability of the synchronizing system. The synchronizing system of the hydraulic floating type ship lift is such structured that a boat bearing compartment is arranged in a boat compartment, a boat is floating on the water surface of the boat bearing compartment, two sides of the boat bearing compartment are connected with a plurality of steel wire ropes, each steel wire rope winds around and passes through a reel and is then connected with a floating drum in a shaft well, and reels located at a same side of the boat bearing compartment are connected through a synchronizing shaft. The stability discrimination method comprises the following steps: constructing a hydraulic ship lift system; acquiring data; establishing a mechanical equilibrium equation of the hydraulic ship lift system; and establishing conditions for discrimination of lateral overturning stability of the hydraulic floating type ship lift. The invention theoretically provides a quantifiable method for discrimination of the stability of the hydraulic ship lift; and the method is used for quantitative discrimination of the stability of the hydraulic ship lift, provides bases for reasonable setting of parameters of the synchronizing system of the ship lift and enables reliability and feasibility of the hydraulic ship lift to be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for judging the lateral overturning stability of a hydraulic floating ship lift and a synchronous system thereof, belonging to a method for judging stability. Background technique [0002] The hydraulic ship lift is a new type of ship lift independently developed by our country. It has the advantages of simple structure, safety and reliability. There is no experience to learn from. [0003] An object in a state of equilibrium, which deviates from the state of equilibrium due to some small external action, can be divided into stable equilibrium, unstable equilibrium and random equilibrium. For the hydraulic floating ship lift system, there are inevitably manufacturing errors in the synchronization system, and the ship-holding box is disturbed during operation, which makes the ship-holding box tilt, and the inclined water in the box produces an overturning moment on the ship-holding box, which intensifies Tilting, the ...
