The corrugated web steel beam-concrete combined flat beam comprises a precast reinforced concrete plate, a corrugated web steel beam, a post-cast reinforced concrete plate, anti-shear connecting pieces and steel bars, the corrugated web steel beam comprises a top flange, a bottom flange and a corrugated web, the top flange is welded to the top of the corrugated web, and the bottom of the corrugated web is welded to the bottom flange; and the anti-shear connecting pieces are fusion-welded to the top flange of the corrugated web steel beam, the precast reinforced concrete plate is overlapped to the bottom flange of adjacent corrugated web steel beams and is accommodated between the top flange and the bottom flange, the steel bars are distributed at the upper portions of the corrugated web steel beam and the precast reinforced concrete plate, concrete is cast at the upper portion of the precast reinforced concrete plate, the upper portion of the precast reinforced concrete plate is covered with the anti-shear connecting pieces, and the cast concrete extends to the edge of the top flange and covers a steel bar net, and forms a reinforced concrete laminated slab together with the precast reinforced concrete plate.
