Abstract

The ceramic comprises Nd(Nb1-xSbx)O4, wherein the mole number x is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.1. A preparation method of the ceramic comprises the steps of blending raw materials Nd2O3, Nb2O5 and Sb2O5 according to a chemical formula, performing ball milling, drying at 80-130 DEG C, performing sieving, calcinating for 4h at 900-1000 DEG C, performing secondary ball milling, pelleting and sieving, performing compression to form a blank body, sintering at 1225-1275 DEG C, and preparing the neodymium niobate ceramic. According to the ceramic, the stibium ion replaces Nb of a B site in NdNbO4; a dielectric constant of the prepared NdNbO4 ceramic is 20.6; a temperature coefficient of resonance frequency reaches -23.1ppm / DEG C; and a maximum quality factor is 73200GHz.
