Problems solved by technology

Because the size and distribution of different types of loads in the distribution network have great randomness and obvious timing characteristics, different load levels and their equivalent running time are roughly estimated or assumed (the literature usually does not give a clear Theoretical or on-site basis), the technical energy consumption index of the reactive power planning scheme of the distribution network obtained from this will be quite different from the actual situation, and the reactive power planning and configuration scheme of the distribution network with the best energy consumption can not be obtained usually.

Embodiment Construction

[0031] The traditional reactive power planning of medium-voltage distribution network often results in insufficient reactive power compensation capacity or excessive installation of reactive power compensation equipment due to inaccurate load models. If it is possible to carry out 24-session comprehensive reactive power planning according to the type of forecasted load and the law of power consumption of various loads, and according to the load level of typical daily loads of different types of loads in each period, it can be used on the basis of ensuring that the voltage level of each period is qualified. Less reactive power compensation equipment minimizes distribution network losses.

[0032] The present invention is characterized in that it can accurately deal with the inaccurate problem of the load model in the reactive power planning of the distribution network, truly reflect various energy consumption technical indicators of the reactive power planning of the distributio...

Abstract

The invention relates to a reactive compensation method capable of computing temporal characteristics of loads for a power distribution network. The method comprises the following steps of drawing a typical full temporal characteristic curve for a daily load according to the load type of each load node of the power distribution network and a power utilization rule of all kinds of loads; secondly, establishing a reactive power scheduling mathematic model with minimum annular active power loss of the whole power distribution network as a target function on the basis of guaranteeing voltage eligibility; thirdly, obtaining a reactive power scheduling result of each time section through solution of a model; and lastly, determining a reactive compensation scheme of each node according to the reactive power scheduling result. According to the reactive compensation method, a reactive power scheduling model is established according to the typical full temporal characteristics for the daily loads of the different types of loads, so that the uncertain problems of the loads can be accurately processed, and thus the planning result is closer to the reality, and furthermore, the temporal complementary property required by the loads of the power distribution network is fully considered, so that the installed capacity of reactive compensation equipment is saved, and the effectiveness for reactive planning and configuration of the power distribution network is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an accurate modeling and compensation method for reactive power planning of a medium-voltage distribution network, and belongs to the technical field of power transmission and distribution. Background technique [0002] The traditional reactive power planning of the medium-voltage distribution network is mostly based on the optimal configuration of reactive power compensation equipment based on the maximum value of the predicted load, and the maximum power loss is obtained by calculating the power flow of the distribution network through the maximum active and reactive load levels, and then multiplied by the maximum The loss uses the number of hours (estimated value) to calculate the annual distribution network loss, and based on this, the optimal configuration of reactive power compensation equipment is carried out. The capacity of reactive power compensation equipment configured according to the reactive power planning result...
