Abstract

The invention discloses a composition for a coating, the coating and a preparation method thereof. The composition for the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 55 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 15 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 30 to 40 parts of water, 2 to 5 parts of dispersing agents, and 1 to 2 parts of flatting agents. The invention also provides a method for preparing the coating by using the composition. The method for preparing the coating by using the composition is characterized by comprising the following steps of adding the calcium carbonate, the polyurethane emulsion, the water, the dispersing agents and the flatting agents into a container, and agitating and mixing uniformly an obtained mixture. The invention also provides the coating, which is prepared according to the method. Main raw material of the composition for the coating is the calcium carbonate, and is low in cost; the durability of the coating is increased by using the polyurethane emulsion; moreover, a water-glass color dispersing agent is used, so that the luster of a paint film can be increased, and the coloring and the covering power of the coating can be improved, the flooding and the sedimentation can be prevented, and the production efficiency and the storage stability of the coating can be improved.
