Abstract

The elastic locking transmission mechanism used for the rotating shaft includes a motor and decelerator assembly that drives a rotating shaft system to rotate, wherein the rotating shaft system is mounted in a shaft system support; and the transmission mechanism also includes an elastic locking sleeve fixedly connected with the shaft system support, a taper sleeve fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the motor and decelerator assembly and a clutch sleeve arranged between the elastic locking sleeve and the taper sleeve, and the elastic locking sleeve, the clutch sleeve and the taper sleeve are coaxially arranged in sequence from top to bottom. The elastic locking transmission mechanism used for the rotating shaft utilizes the principle of a clutch mechanism, after the rotating shaft system is in place, the elastic locking sleeve is used to lock the shaft system, and the motor and decelerator assembly is disengaged from the rotating shaft system, the exact position of the rotating shaft system is read out under a locking condition, and a measuring error brought by micro movement of the rotating shaft system in a reading process is reduced, thereby improving measurement accuracy.
