Embodiment 1

[0037] The target plant involved in this example is Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb. et Zucc.) Maxim., a plant of the genus Epimedium in the family Berberidaceae.

[0038] I. Seed tending and handling

[0039] 1.1 Seed tending

[0040] Epimedium blooms every March. Fruit bearing begins in April-May.

[0041] 1.2 Seed Harvesting

[0042] Mature seeds of Epimedium are collected from May to early June every year. Before the seeds are immature, they are bagged and bred. When the skin of the fruit is about to open and the seeds are exposed in yellowish brown, the whole infructescence axis is picked and transported back for threshing, so that it can be harvested as it matures. Take back the separated fruit branches, thresh them in time, remove impurities, and store them in a cool, dry and ventilated place.

[0043] 1.3 Treatment of seeds

[0044] Epimedium seeds have a post-ripening period. Immediately after harvesting, use fine river sand, or fine river sand mixed with humus, or h...

Abstract

The invention provides a planting method for herba epimedii. The method includes the steps: A, seed treatment; B, sowing; C seedling cultivation. According to the step of seed treatment, harvesting is performed when herba epimedii peel is about to be open and seeds are exposed and become tawny, threshing is performed, and impurities are removed; the seeds and a matrix are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1:8-12 and then stored, wherein river sand or humus or river sand and humus serve as the matrix, and the seeds are mixed with the disinfected matrix; the seed and matrix mixture is placed in bags, and the bags are buried in soil to be stored for 4-7 months. By means of the method, the propagation coefficient of the herba epimedii seeds can reach 600 and is increased by 300 times compared with the division propagation coefficient, and about 80-100 kg of whole leaves of dried medicinal materials can be produced per mu.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for planting epimedium, and belongs to the technical field of planting medicinal materials. Background technique [0002] Epimedium is a perennial herb of the genus Epimedium (Epimedium.L) in the family Berberidaceae. It has been used as a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for more than 2,000 years, and it is one of the most widely used and longest traditional Chinese medicinal materials in China. Epimedium not only has traditional medicinal effects such as tonifying kidney yang, strengthening muscles and bones, and expelling rheumatism, but modern research shows that it also has anti-aging, improving immune function, and inhibiting tumors. It is one of the medicinal plants that have been studied for many years at home and abroad. [0003] With the continuous deepening of the research on Epimedium, the industry of Epimedium extract mainly based on icariin has also been greatly developed. Modern molecular biol...
