According to the invention, germination acceleration bed racks are sterilized in the photovoltaic greenhouse; seeds are soaked in concentrated sulfuric acid; the seeds are flushed with clear water, and is soaked in clear water; germination acceleration beds are prepared; and germination acceleration management is carried out. With the greenhouse and the method, ginkgo seed germination rate is improved by 5-10%, and a germination acceleration period is shortened by approximately 5 days. With the method, germination dates are concentrated, germination uniformity is improved, and germinative energy is improved.
