The active-passive type ventilation door and window is characterized in that the window frame sectional material is divided into three parts; the left part and the right part are connected with the glass panel; the middle part is provided with a ventilation system installing cavity; the outermost side, near the outdoor position, of the cavity is provided with the electric shutter; the inner side of the electric shutter is provided with the air filter screen; the middle part of the cavity is provided with the air conversion system; the outermost side, near the indoor position, of the cavity is provided with a decoration panel; and the inner side of the panel is provided with the air filter screen. The active-passive type ventilation door and window can be used for automatically detecting the indoor CO<2> concentration and the indoor temperature, and can judge whether the ventilation is needed or not; under the condition that the ventilation is needed, the indoor and outdoor air pressure is detected, when the indoor air pressure is low, the electric shutter is opened, and the natural power and ventilation passages of the sectional material are used for realizing the ventilation; and when the indoor air pressure is high, the electric shutter is opened, meanwhile, a fan motor is started, and an active mode is adopted for realizing the ventilation.
