Abstract

The ITO glass is taken as a working electrode for modifying an antibody LDL-C, enzyme for enzymatic reaction and an electron transfer medium layer upon layer. A platinum filament electrode is taken as a counter electrode, silver / silver chloride electrode can be taken as a reference electrode, and an electrochemistry work station is taken as signal output equipment. According to the invention, LDL-C and total cholesterol concentration can be detected; preparation of a micro channel detection area can simply the experiment operation and greatly reduce the detection sample amount; a modification liquid employed on the electrode is the green and nontoxic environmental protection material, and the cost is low.
