Abstract

Provided is an air door structure used for a refrigerator. The air door structure comprises a base, a door frame, and a door sheet. The door frame is installed on the base. The door sheet is installed on the door frame. The middle of the door frame forms a ventilation opening. The door sheet rotates to open or close the ventilation opening, driven by a driving mechanism. The air door structure is characterized in that a side of the door sheet is provided with an isolation pad which separates the side surface of the door sheet from an external air duct, the door frame is internally provided with a seal pad, and the other side of the door sheet compresses the seal pad in a closed door state. Through installing the isolation pad on a side of the door sheet, freezing phenomenon on the door sheet can be effectively prevented without installing a heater, so that the structure of the air door is simpler and cost is lower. After the other side of the door sheet is provided with the seal pad, the door sheet and the door frame have good sealing property under a closed door state. In addition, the air door structure can reduce torque positioning pins bear, prevent a connecting shaft position of an output gear and the door sheet from fracturing, and operation is more reliable.
