Abstract

A gas pressure monitoring method of a gas insulated switchgear (GIS) preventive diagnostic system is provided. The gas pressure monitoring method comprises that the pressure of the insulating gas in the GIS is measured in real time through a pressure sensor arranged together with the GIS, the gas pressure value measured in real time is stored in a database, the gas leakage rate is calculated based on the previous gas pressure value and the current gas pressure value which are stored in the database, and the gas leakage rate is displayed on a human-computer interface (HMI).
