Abstract

The femtosecond laser system includes a sample module, a femtosecond laser emission system, a laser focusing module and a spectrum analysis module. When the system works, the femtosecond laser emission system emits a laser beam, which is focused through the laser focusing module and then is irradiated on a cornea sample in the sample module. The cornea sample, after laser induction, sends a laser-induced plasma optical signal to the spectrum analysis module through the laser focusing module. The spectrum analysis module performs spectrum analysis to the laser-induced plasma optical signal and calculates the cornea. The invention correspondingly discloses a method of detecting the cornea cutting threshold value through spectrum analysis.
