Abstract

A pressure vessel LPMS quality estimation method based on a simulation database comprises steps of: disposing a piezoelectric acceleration sensor on a steel plate to collect impact signals corresponding to different mass from different falling heights; performing a Fourier transform to obtain a frequency spectrum; setting a cut-off frequency to obtain an effective frequency band and frequency spectrum; setting a polynomial fitting order to perform curve fitting on the effective frequency band and frequency spectrum; using the fitted curve as a sample to form a quality estimate simulation database; then, arranging one piezoelectric acceleration sensor in a pressure vessel of a nuclear reactor; obtaining 3-5 groups of calibration signals by a tapping experiment; performing correlation matching analysis between the calibration signal and the sample in the simulation database; performing quality estimation according to a correlation coefficient and sample information; solving an optimal correction coefficient; and finally, arranging three piezoelectric acceleration sensors at arbitrary positions of the pressure vessel; obtaining corrected quality estimation values; removing abnormal values; and calculating a final quality estimation value. According to the method provided by the present invention, the mass of a dropped loose part can be estimated accurately.
