The cable forming machine comprises a wire splitter and a combiner. The wire splitter outputs a plurality of wires to the combiner, and the combiner synthesizes a cable. The wires comprise a plurality of copper wires and a plurality of fiber wires. One fiber wire is bound by a rope and is pulled to the extension line of the middle axis of the wire splitter. The adjustment mechanism comprises a rack, a plurality of cylindrical rods, and a plurality of elastic strips. The edge of each step of the frame is provided with a bar-shaped working table which is provided with a row of mounting parts, and one mounting part is fixed to each cylindrical rod. A coil can be inserted into each cylindrical rod to realize a wire. Each of the elastic strips is fixed to one working table and is close to the edge of the corresponding row of mounting parts such that the winding frame with the insertion of a coil on each cylindrical rod is close to the corresponding elastic strip.
