A first gasifying agent channel is formed in the first pipe body; the second pipe body sleeves the outer side of the first pipe body; a pulverized coal channel is formed between the second pipe body and the first pipe body; the third pipe body sleeves the outer side of the second pipe body; a fuel channel is formed between the third pipe body and the second pipe body; the fourth pipe body sleeves the outer side of the third pipe body; a second gasifying agent channel is formed between the fourth pipe body and the third pipe body; the fifth pipe body sleeves the outer side of the fourth pipe body; and a cooling liquid channel is formed between the fifth pipe body and the fourth pipe body. The burner can finish ignition, work starting and coal feeding functions, so that a combustion process is simplified, and the burning efficiency is improved; and two gasifying agent channels are formed, so that pulverized coals and a gasifying agent are mixed twice, the mixing effect of the pulverized coals and the gasifying agent is improved, and the improvement of the carbon conversion efficiency of the pulverized coals is facilitated.
