A rebound self-locking device (15) is arranged between the movable arm (1) and the shell fixing device (14) and comprises a protrusion (13) arranged on the movable arm (1) and a groove (16) arranged on the shell fixing device (14), wherein the protrusion (13) can be locked by the groove (16), so that the movable arm (1) can be fixed.
