The diaphragm is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 80 parts of polypropylene, 0.5 part of carbon fiber, 2 parts of polyethylene wax and 5 parts of modified tetrachloroethylene, wherein the modified tetrachloroethylene is prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts of tetrachloroethylene, 2 parts of purple sweet potato anthocyanin, 0.2 part of rare earth oxides, 0.2 part of polyphosphoric acid and 0.2 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone. A preparation method of the modified tetrachloroethylene comprises: uniformly stirring and mixing the tetrachloroethylene, purple sweet potato anthocyanin, rare earth oxides, polyphosphoric acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone; and carrying out mixed melting and extruding pelletization to obtain the modified tetrachloroethylene. By adding the modified tetrachloroethylene, the problem of transverse shrinkage which is hard to change in a conventional biaxial stretching technology is overcome, transverse shrinkage is prevented, and the safety of the biaxial stretching diaphragm is greatly improved.
