The method comprises: 1) according to a configuration file and a configuration parameter, obtaining various parameters comprising an input frequency feature point parameter, and an output result determination standard parameter; 2) according to the set input parameter, initiating an operation mode of a dynamic characteristics test system; 3) automatically generating input excitation for a tested object in a test item; 4) executing the dynamic characteristics test that is based on frequency feature point, backstoping an output result and storing a display; and 5) computing a deviation between the output result and a theoretical result, automatically determining whether the test result meets a requirement of a standard criteria, and obtaining a test result. The present invention provides a system for completing the method. According to the present invention, the method solves a problem of digital test of the dynamic character of the rocket-board computer in a rocke lanucher controlling system, and achieves construction application effects of digitization, automation and intelligentization of the dynamic character test.
