Abstract

The powder material includes: 43-53 parts of electric-smelted brown aluminium oxide particles, 20-30 parts of electric-smelted brown aluminium oxide fine powder, 8-12 parts of aluminum oxide micro-powder, 12-20 parts of a high-aluminum fire-resistant clinker powder material and 2-3 parts of white mud from Guangxi province, and also includes 5-8% by weight of a 85% phosphorus acid solution, wherein the high-aluminum fire-resistant clinker is obtained from crushed high-aluminum fire-resistant bricks and is 1-3 mm and 0-1 mm in granularities. The electric-smelted brown aluminium oxide particles and the high-aluminum fire-resistant clinker powder material are mixed and stirred uniformly and then are added with the combination agent with uniform stirring.
