Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a silicon fertilizer and relates to preparation methods for silicon fertilizers. The method is used for solving the present problem that solid silicon fertilizers are low in available silicon content and poor in crop absorption effect and can harden land in long-time use and liquid silicon fertilizers are expensive. The method comprises the steps: (1) mixing a thickener with purified water, so as to obtain colloid; (2) mixing a penetrant, nano-scale silicon dioxide and an adsorbent, so as to obtain treated silicon dioxide; and (3) mixing the treated silicon dioxide with the colloid, thereby preparing the silicon fertilizer. The silicon fertilizer prepared by the method is a liquid-state silicon fertilizer, is free of any toxic and harmful ion is high in available silicon content and good in crop absorption effect and cannot harden the land in long-time use. According to the method, raw and auxiliary materials for preparing the silicon fertilizer are all non-toxic, harmless and environment-friendly, so that the silicon fertilizer meets the requirements of green agriculture on planting; the price of the product is cheap and reasonable; and the method for preparing the silicon fertilizer, disclosed by the invention, is scientific, simple and convenient, does not need high pressures and high temperatures and is free of the emission of waste gases, waste water and waste residues during production, so that the silicon fertilizer belongs to environment-friendly products.
